What the job involves: 

• You will be responsible for ensuring all incoming work is planned correctly and efficiently.
• You will assist in the development of the workshop systems and processes so they are fit for purpose.
• You will ensure that the company’s deliverables are maintained to the required standards and timescales, whilst maintaining high compliance standards.
• You will be expected to liaise with our customers on a regular basis to determine their needs and requirements.
• You would be responsible in assisting the Regional Manager, Service Supervisor and Service Controllers with implementing and maintaining effective processes to achieve the highest possible customer satisfaction level.

Work Experience: 

• You must have basic knowledge of general warehouse layout, item identification and warehouse procedures.

• A willingness to get involved and take responsibility.
• You must be a team player who is dynamic, energetic, and enthusiastic with excellent organisational skills and an ability and willingness to work accurately under pressure.
