What the job involves: 

  • You will be required to train and support the UK Service & Sales team on all technicial aspects of Bucher Assist and also provide training and support to customers using Bucher Assist for their winter products.
  • Have a thorough understanding of the Bucher Assist platform and the integration into the winter products through self learning and attending factory training courses, the support will range from telephone support to detailed on-site investigation and repair and it is necessary to be ready to deliver this support at any appropriate location and at short notice.
  • To develop and programme routes on the Bucher Assist platform, for customers and for the sales team for the use on demonstration of the winter products and the Bucher Assist platform.
  • Deliver Chargeable training courses and programme routes for customers with Bucher assist when requested either remotely or on site as required.
  • Enhance the usability of Bucher Assist for customers by feeding back any issues or suggestions to the appropriate team in the factory, this will enable the platform to be developed going forward.
  • Provide technical support with all Bucher Municipal products when required.
  • In all cases to act as an ambassador for all aspects of Bucher Municipal.

Work Experience: 

  • Experience with compiling/delivering bespoke technical training remotely and in person. 
  • Knowledge of SAP and technical publications packages.
  • Experience with Windows Applications. 
  • Familiarity and knowledge on technical vehicles.
