Major infrastructure improvement project successfully completed 

This spring, a significant infrastructure development project was completed at the Bucher Municipal factory in Ventspils, Latvia. This project enhances internal logistics and provides the necessary capacity to support the introduction of new products, while also increasing the efficiency of existing production processes.

The new production extension adds over 5,000 m² of new operational space, combining manufacturing facilities and sheltered outdoor storage. This provides enhanced flexibility for assembly operations, warehousing, and spare parts management.

With this extension, the total size of the production factory now reaches more than 21,000 m². In addition, a significant part of the existing office space was renovated, and new office space was constructed to support the growing team and project coordination. The total newly paved area around the expanded facility now reaches nearly 8,000m2 including a newly constructed access road and additional parking spaces.
